Tampa Bay Adventure Boot Camp for Women - Tampa Bay

Men and Women of all fitness levels, sizes and ages are gaining great results with Adventure Boot Camp! You can too! Are you looking for a jump-start to your fitness program? Then this adventure is for you! Whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or just tired of the same routine, come try this whole new approach to exercise...fun!

The Tampa Boot Camp is anywhere from a two to four week (or more) outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutrition & menu options and motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight to fit into that special dress or new suit, shed the extra pounds from a pregnancy or simply to get lean in anticipation of seeing your high school football buddies at the upcoming reunion, this program is for you!

The Tampa Boot Camp is now primarily a custom boot camp program.  As long as you have a minimum of five participants, we can custom make your outdoor fitness program.  Our availability is determined on a first-come, first-served basis, and we make no guarantees of open slots.  Contact us as soon as you have five or more participants who desire an outdoor boot camp jump start in the Tampa Bay area.  God Bless!

Adventure Boot Camp for Women

All Data is based upon 4 weeks or more of participation.

  • Custom Make Your Group's Boot Camp
  • 30 min., 45 min., 1 hour or More --> YOU decide.
  • 2 - 3 days per week.
  • Dynamic instruction from a Certified Fitness Trainer
  • Dietitian Designed Menu Planning Options Available 
  • Minimum of 5 Participants Required to Form a Camp.
  • Registration is less than $15/session for a 4-week camp!
