Coach Jim kept me motivated and made me believe that I

As a mother of 3
children ages 7, 9, and 10
there's not much time for putting together a reasonable workout schedule. 5:30am boot camp a few miles down the road gave me a no
excuse option. Jim gave an awesome class--very motivating, but also gave
you the ability to work at your individual level. I felt great knowing that
I had finished my workout for the day to my potential by 6:30AM, without disturbing the kids morning routine--out
and ready for school by 7AM.
My workout was much more rewarding than my usual run/walk at 5:30AM in the dark (mostly running scared!) The gang helped
to motivate and push greater limits---All possible through Jim's program.

I am at the end of the 2nd week of my 2nd
camp. After seeing and feeling
such dramatic changes from the 1st 4 weeks, I was not sure what the 2nd
camp would bring. This 2nd camp, I
am feeling even more energetic.
My cardiovascular endurance is really improving. I am getting stronger. I
feel better than I have felt in years. I am now seeing my body geting some
muscle tone, and seeing a loss in cellulite. Most of all I feel great!! My
reasons for beginning the boot camp was not to lose a lot of weight (even
though I am over weight) I wanted to get control over my mind and body, and
obtain balance in my life. I figured if I would get up at 4:30 in the morning 5 days a week, and train the way we
train, I could discipline my mind to form new habits. I was right. The
balance is better, my husband and I are spending more quality time
together, productivity is up with my work, and my body is changing. Most of
all I feel great!!! Boot camp rocks, as our coach would say. :-)

In three weeks of Boot Camp
I lost a dress size, gained a ton of energy and made new friends,
but the best thing I gained was a real sense of enpowerment. It was
great to be pushed to the limits. I would recommend this to everyone of all

I just finished three weeks of Boot Camp and
loved it!!! It is extremely motivating and challenging! It is the best
work-out I've ever done and the results are incredible! I highly recommend

I feel boot camp has challenged me in every
aspect of my life..ie..physically, mentally and spiritually. I have learned
alot about myself..my assets and my limitations. I have learned to find
other avenues to get around my limitations. I also really enjoy the
encouragement from everyone. The atmosphere is more encouraging than
driven/competitive.

I have always been a fitness maniac, but I
have been unable to motivate myself since the birth of my second child. Jim
has helped me to break a very long plateau as well as manage my time much
better. Working out in the morning allows me to have my evenings free to
spend with my family. I have even started cooking! I love adventure boot
camp and the friendships that come along with it.

Boot Camp has been a wonderful blessing for
me. The first thing I noticed was an increase in the amount of energy I
had. Then I realized my endurance had increased. I was thrilled the day I found myself running through the
grocery store parking lot pushing my toddlers in the "racing car
cart" and still had the energy and breath to unload the groceries. I have also decreased my body fat percentage by 10
% and had to buy new pants.

I lost almost 20% body fat, lost 20 lbs, and
went from a size 16 to a size 12. I
came to Coach Jim about three months ago to help me get into shape for my
wedding. And he did. He
would say I did it and it was my determination that moved me along even
when it hurt and I didn't feel like doing another squat. But I say he
doesn't give himself enough credit. Jim is the motivation behind Adventure
Boot Camp that keeps us moving and working. He never gives up and,
therefore, we never give up. He is a great teacher and believes in what he
is teaching. He's awesome and I can't thank him enough for giving me the
RIGHT TOOLS to be a fitness-loving maniac and for FEELING (and looking)
beautiful on my wedding day.
